I wasn’t expecting much when I went in, but they actually had way more gear options than I thought they would. It’s always nice when a place manages to exceed your admittedly low expectations.

"Reliable place for bike gear"
I order from RevZilla regularly for motorcycle stuff, and they’ve been solid every time. The loyalty rewards are a nice extra, and it does feel good to have a little something to put toward the next order. The points don’t add up as fast as I’d love, so I do wish the rewards were a bit more generous, but overall I trust them and keep coming back.

"Great deals that actually feel easy"
I grabbed a helmet and some gloves from RevZilla after spotting one of their promo deals, it was a great experience. The discount applied right in the cart without any annoying hoops to jump through, which was such a nice surprise.
Shipping was quick enough, and getting some ZillaCash back for next time made the whole order feel even better. The prices beat what I found at my local shop, so I was genuinely happy with it. Easy 5 stars from me

"Backorder Was Annoying, But They Handled It"
I ordered a helmet and then found out it was on backorder, so I was ready for the usual headache. Surprisingly, revzilla actually kept me updated without me having to email or call anyone, and the new ship date they gave me was pretty much right on. Then boom — it showed up a little earlier than I expected, so that was a nice surprise. Everything was packed well and arrived in good shape. Backorders are still irritating, obviously, but they handled this one well.

"Helpful service, but I got a little uneasy after paying"
I had to reach out to revzilla because my jacket sizing wasn’t right. I’ll be honest, after I’d already paid, I started getting that suspicious feeling like, okay, is this going to turn into a hassle now? But they actually got back to me quickly, and the person helping me seemed real, not like they were just sending canned responses. The return steps were easy to follow too. I’m giving 4 stars because the final update took a bit longer than I expected, which didn’t exactly help my trust issues, but overall the service was solid

I ordered from Revzilla and the item did eventually show up, so that part was fine. But the tracking was a meeeess. For almost 3 days it just stayed on “label created,” then out of nowhere it suddenly said it was out for delivery. There were no real updates in between, so I had no clue if it had even shipped or was just sitting somewhere. Customer service was okay, but they basically just told me to wait. Not the worst experience ever, but for such a big site, I reeeally expected better order tracking.

The site worked, but the pages didn’t always load the way I expected, and checkout took a bit more figuring out than it probably should have. I got through it in the end, but it wasn’t exactly a seamless process.

I found the same helmet cheaper somewhere else and, i figured it might turn into a whole thing. That one’s on me for assuming. Revzilla matched the price without any hassle at all. I just sent them the link, they got back to me quick, and I ended up saving some money. Can’t really complain about that. I’ll definitely shop with them again.
